A range of bowls glazed in White Peacock Eye. These are first stamped by hand to create contours for the glazes to flow over, then the unique pattern is created during the firing as the glazes melt and flow down the piece. Each piece shows the point at which the liquid glaze cooled enough to become frozen mid-flow.

• Trinket Bowls are approximately 10cm in diameter and 4cm tall.

• Useful Bowls are approximately 12cm in diameter and 6cm tall.

• Cereal Bowls are approximately 15cm in diameter and 8cm tall.

Standard pieces are made to order, so will usually take between 2-8 weeks to produce. The time taken to produce will depend on the number of orders I already have, the clay I’m currently throwing in (I try to keep the light and dark clays separate to avoid contamination), and whether the order works first time (they usually do, but there are no guarantees with clay).
